Metravyn collects the contact, brand, and submitted public-page information needed to scope an Exposure Test and provide requested services. We do not use submitted information to make automated counterfeit determinations.

The current eBay US beta uses server-side application access for bounded Browse API searches. It does not ask customers to authorize their eBay accounts, and it does not use seller credentials or customer eBay access tokens.

If eBay sends an account deletion or closure notification, Metravyn verifies the notification before acknowledging it. The handler keeps no eBay username, user ID, token, or notification payload; it records only a redacted operational acknowledgement.

We retain operational records only as needed for service delivery, security, auditability, and legal obligations. Request access, correction, deletion, or connector revocation through our support channel.
